Shipping Policies


Usually orders will ship within 2 business days.  If, for any reason, there is a delay in shipping i will contact you with an expected shipping date

Domestic Shipping:  All items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail which usually ensures delivery in 2-3 days.  I will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped.  I am not responsible for any delays that occur once a package is safely in the hands of the united states postal Service.

Please just let me know if you would prefer your package to be sent using any other method.

International Shipping: all items will be shipped using USPS Priority mail international which usually delivers in 6-10 days.  I am not responsible for any delays that occur once your items reach customs.  Please note that customs fee are not included in the purchase price of any item and will be your responsibility to pay when you pick up your item.  if you are concerned about a package reaching in time, INternational express shipping is an option.  International express shipping is usually 3-5 days.

All items are shipped to you fully insured for the purchase price.

Lost and/or Damaged packages:  Although it is very rare that packages are ever lost or seriously delayed, it occasionally will happen.  tracking numbers are always provided to you to check on the status of your order.  I give the USPS 2 full weeks for domestic orders, and 4-5 weeks for international orders to reach their destination before I will start working on a replacement item.

Holiday Shipping:  Please leave a bit of extra time during the holidays for your order to be delivered.  Rush shipping is always available as an option at an additional cost.


Refunds & Exchanges


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and we can work together to resolve any issues.

I work very hard to make sure before starting the burning process that custom orders are exactly the way you want it.  Therefore, Custom orders are non-refundable.  all custom order sales are final, and I do ask for payment before i begin any actually burning.

If you receive your order, and it arrives damaged, please let me know within 7 days of receiving it. Please take photos of the damage, as well as the original packaging for insurance purposes and filing a claim if needed.
